About the event
This weight loss programme is crafted to help you achieve a lighter and more vibrant feeling, getting you ready for sunny days! The programme consists of five sessions, with the first one serving as an introduction. Each hour-long session includes body composition scale measurements and recording your waist size at the programme's beginning and end. Additionally, you'll fill out a health and energy questionnaire at the programme's onset and conclusion for progress evaluation.
The programme is designed to be educational, providing essential information to support weight loss for mid-life women, along with health coaching to overcome potential obstacles. As part of the programme, you will receive a recipe book created based on the following principles:
- Low carbohydrate (not eliminating carbohydrates)
- Blood sugar balancing
- High-quality proteins
- Healthy fats
- Nutrient density
- Easy preparation
- Gluten-free
This comprehensive approach aims to equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary for successful and sustainable weight loss.
The sessions are weekly every Thursday at 6.30pm for five consecutive weeks; 11th, 18th, 25th of April and 2nd, and 9th of May.
