Designed especially for midlife women, my Cooking & Nutrition Experiences help you understand how food supports your changing body — from balancing hormones and blood sugar to reducing inflammation and protecting your long-term health.
Each session combines education, inspiration, and taste, so you leave feeling empowered, informed, and confident to make food choices that truly work for you.

Thermomix Cooking Experience- See, Learn & Taste
Come along to an evening of delicious learning!
You’ll watch recipes come to life using the versatile Thermomix while discovering how simple ingredients can make a big difference to your health and wellbeing.
Each event focuses on a key aspect of midlife metabolic health, such as:

Before your class, I’ll help you select the perfect recipes and provide a custom ingredient list tailored to your theme — all I ask is for you to provide the ingredients.

A bit about Me
I’m a Thermomix Advisor (No. 426666) and hold a Master’s degree in Nutritional Therapy. My background in metabolic health allows me to translate complex science into easy-to-follow, practical steps that work in the real world.
Through my Wellness Club, Thermomix experiences, and private cooking classes, I provide education, encouragement, and community — all focused on helping midlife women feel their best through every stage of life.
You can feel confident knowing you’re learning from someone who is fully qualified, experienced, and genuinely passionate about supporting your health and wellbeing.
