This is a space designed exclusively for women in midlife and beyond—a place to connect, move, and feel supported. Our club isn’t just about fitness; it’s about community, wellbeing, and thriving together.

Yoga Friends

Weekly Sessions That Fit Your Life

Each week, we come together for a blended session of conversation and exercise:

  • 20 minutes of friendly chat – share experiences, ask questions, and connect with women navigating midlife just like you.

  • 30 minutes of gentle resistance exercise – strengthen your body, improve balance, and boost confidence.

  • Optional weekly weigh-in – track your progress in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.

When & Where: Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:30–7:30pm at The Royal British Legion, 9 Lichfield Street, Stourport, DY13 9EU.


Flexibility: Attend both sessions at no extra cost.
