A supportive, in-person 4-week programme for midlife women. This programme offers practical nutrition guidance and effective resistance training to help you lose weight, build strength, and feel your best—no fads, just expert advice and sustainable results. This will be a face-to-face group programme starting in September with two sessions to choose from.​​
