Welcome to Your Midlife Wellness Club – a supportive space designed for women in midlife looking to improve their long-term health and wellbeing.

​

Whether your goal is weight loss or simply to feel stronger and more energised, I offer a welcoming weekly sessions that begins with an optional weigh-in, followed by a 30-minute group discussion on rotating topics tailored to the group’s needs. It’s a friendly, judgment-free chat to share experiences and support one another.

​

Each session ends with 30 minutes of resistance-based exercise using body weight, hand weights, and resistance bands—floor work may be included some weeks.
