The Foundations class is part of my Cooking Club—a series designed to take you beyond recipes and into a deeper understanding of how food supports your body, energy, and metabolism.

  • Q&A + Takeaways (10–15 mins):
    Ask questions, troubleshoot, and leave with clear next steps you can actually follow
